These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Amharic Dictionary mobile application (the "Service") provided by FanosApps ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Amharic Dictionary on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where allowed by law.
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Service or its content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
3. Content
The dictionary entries, translations, and other content provided through Amharic Dictionary are for general reference. While we work to keep the content accurate, we make no warranty about its completeness or fitness for a specific purpose.
4. Updates
We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. Some updates may be required to keep using the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including the app, brand, and content — remain with FanosApps and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or logos.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanosApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
